Every tile, paint, light fixture and bathroom fitting has been selected after an exhaustive and painstaking process by our passionate team of designers to ensure that you have an amazing home experience.
- The structure shall be of R.C.C. with excellent exterior elevations on all sides.
- High speed lifts with spacious and decorative entrance passage shall be provided.
- All rooms with ceramic tiles flooring.(we have provided Simpolo Tropicana White – 800×800)
- Walls and ceiling shall be painted in Oil Bound Distemper paint. (we have used Dulux White)
- Granite Kitchen platform with Stainless Steel Sink (brand – Nirali) shall be provided. (Granite to be provided shall be Telephonic Black or Honey brown or Similar)
- Kitchen wall above platform shall be finished with Ceramic Tiles up to 2′ height and painted in Oil Bound Distemper paint above 2’. (we have provided Winall Selectra Gris 300×450)
- All the Toilets shall be Designers Toilets with Ceramic tiles up to door frame height. (we have provided Winall Selectra Crema 300×450 for wall tiles and Winall Selectra Crema 300×300 for flooring)
- All the Toilets shall have concealed plumbing with I.S.I. quality fittings.
- All the flats shall have storage type boiler in master toilet & geyser in common toilet for hot water facility, ISI make sanitary ware & CP fitting. (we are to provide solar heaters at terrace, will we still be giving geysers and boilers at each flat level.)
Should we give this at all? What is the market expectation? What about solar? Mention capacity? - All the Windows shall be made of powder coated Aluminium heavy sections.
- All the door frames shall be made of Red Marandi Wood and all living & bed rooms shutters shall be Solid Core Flush Doors with both side laminated, toilet door shutters shall be Flush Doors with one side veneer and one side laminate finish. (we would like to use White Unicore laminate on all sides for all doors and frames)
- Intercom system at security gate for the communication in each flat shall be provided. M.T.N.L./B.S.N.L/other service provider telephone wiring shall be concealed.
- Provision for T.V. cable connections in each flat shall be provided with concealed Plug Points.
- C.C.T.V. security system shall be provided to screen visitors at ground floor.
- All the Electrical wiring shall be concealed and of Copper wire. Circuit Breakers shall be provided in place of Fuses. (we have provided Anchor/Roma switches)
- Fire fighting facility as per local norms.
